A little snake protecting its treasure.
This ring started by cutting the serpent from thick silver, polishing, then adding details: tiny sawn lines and filed eyes. Then it was shaped into a ring with my hands and some pliers, and soldered into place around a thick bezel setting, which houses a rich indicolite blue tourmaline. The stone has beautiful inclusions and a small natural chip on one side; artifacts of its character.
Size 7.25, not resizeable.
